Greys & Things

As this is my first post here, I will introduce myself.  My name is Patty.  I live in the midwest… Missouri to be exact.  I live in a very rural area.  My husband and I built our dream home in 2003.  It is a ranch style home with cedar siding.  We own 10 acres which back to a lake.  The land is mostly wooded.  There are just a few homes on our gravel road.  I see more wildlife than people here.

I have two greyhounds.  They are both retired racers.  Jack is almost 5.  We adopted him in 2006.  Scout is almost 3.  She was adopted a year ago.  They are both red brindles and look very much alike.  They have very different personalities.

We recently purchased a Class A motor home.  It’s a 2006.  We have taken 12 trips so far this year and have three more planned.  Our trips have all been long weekends except for the last one and it was a week long trip.  We camp at Missouri state parks.
