Halloween Candy
I love a good sale, don’t you? Today, I found Halloween candy at 75% off.
The sales lady at Walgreen’s should receive a commission. She got customers to gather around the candy and told us all the prices. She even told me some recipes for the candy corn. She said you could melt it and put peanuts on it and it taste better than a Payday. She also told me to use the caramels in cookies. She uses them on Snowball Cookies. She said instead of dipping the cookie into powder sugar, take the baked cookie and dip it into melted caramels and then roll in nuts. It sounded really good, so I bought 2 bags of caramels.
I purchased over a pound of Dum Dums, two bags of caramels, a bag of peanut butter kisses, two different bags of Hershey’s Kisses – raspberry special dark and milk chocolate, and two different kinds of candy corn – caramel candy corn and caramel apple candy corn. My total was $2.88. I love it!
