Greys & Things

We didn’t get to take the motor home out after all.  My husband broke a hose while changing the oil in it.  He had to drain out all the anti-freeze to fix the hose.  He said it wasn’t hard to fix it, but frustrated at how easy it was to break the hose.  It was getting dark by the time that he had everything fixed, so we will hold off taking the motor home out until next weekend.  Hopefully, the weather will cooperate with us and not bring us snow this week because obviously we will not take it out in snow.

Today, we are visiting my mother-in-law.  I made lasagna and a peach cobbler to take to her house.  We will pick up chicken on the way and eat lunch with them.  We will probably just stay a few hours because I imagine she will still be very tired. She had surgery last week and just came home on Friday.

I fixed lasagna for us last night and it was very good.  I love lasagna.  I have never made it and froze it, but I think the next time I make a batch I will try doing that.  

My husband will probably be making a trip to Kansas City this week for work, so the dogs and I will be left on our own.  The last few times he has been gone, nothing exciting has happened here.  I’m fine with that.  LOL

I’m hoping that work continues to be busy for me this week.  It definitely helps my mental state when work is busy.
