Greys & Things

Hubby is coming home tonight, so my wild days are ending.  I’m glad because I am really tired.  LOL   I didn’t sleep well again last night.  I didn’t get to sleep until after 11 p.m. and then the dogs woke me up at 2 a.m. to go outside.  I put more wood on the fire and by that time, I was awake again.  I went back to sleep and got up at 6 a.m.

Hubby and I are both taking off work tomorrow.  I’m not sure what we are going to do.  I know hubby wants to relax.  If we stay home, I will work on my sewing.  I know that hubby needs to return his shoes.  He put them on as he was leaving for his trip and discovered that the left shoe didn’t fit correctly.  I asked if he tried it on in the store.  He said he tried on the right one, but not the left.   ::::shaking my head::::   He had to wear his old shoes on his trip.  We will need to return the new ones and I will probably get a lunch out of it since we will be in town.  LOL

Hubby, the camping obsessed guy, checked out our campsite that we have reserved in June.  He had to travel 50 miles each way to do so, but he did it.  This from the guy who thinks it is a waste of gas if I go to town more than once a week.  He said the state park is really nice and our site is great. We will be camping in St. Joseph, MO.  It’s about 5 hours or so from home.  We will stay there on our way to Abilene, KS for the greyhound event. I know it made him happy to visit the park.  It is almost as good as going camping for him.  LOL
